Complaints on Sarv PropertiesI recently submitted a complaint on one of the properties owned by SARV Properties. Please take note of the response and make sure if you see anything that needs to be addressed to submit your complaint also.Thanks for reaching out and we will certainly see what can be done ASAP. Sorry it took me 3 days to respond, it's been a crazy week.Even though it might not seem like it the Town has made a lot of progress in bringing the SARV homes into compliance. There is certainly A LOT more that needs to be done but when we get reports of any issues on SARV properties they have 7 days to remedy them or we immediately go back to Court. Most issues have been remedied within the 7 day period. We need residents, such as yourself, to keep letting us know. Recently, the Town of Brookhaven fined SARV Properties. SARV Properties agreed to pay over $100,000 in fines, transfer ownership of six vacant properties to the town, and open a new satellite office in Mastic Beach to address community concerns, which is located at 54 President Road in Mastic Beach and bring these properties to code. Below is a list of the 181 properties SARV Properties owns in Mastic Beach. I don't know about the properties that are close to your home, but the properties I drive by every day, there has been no change.I submitted a complaint regarding one of the properties. Please take note of the response and report any issues you see to Brookhaven.Thanks for reaching out and we will certainly see what can be done ASAP.
